Welcome to Lemburst Wallpapers, a mobile application developed and published by CURIOUSCHAOS STUDIO LTD (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our“). By downloading, accessing, or using the Lemburst Wallpapers app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, these Terms will automatically apply to you. You should read them carefully before using the App.

2. Intellectual Property, Unauthorized Use, Security and Ownership

All wallpapers, images, animations, videos, and any other digital content provided within the App (“Content”) are owned by CURIOUSCHAOS STUDIO LTD or its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark laws, and other intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. 

You may not:

• Screenshot, resell, modify, distribute, or use the Content for commercial purposes.
• Copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the App, including its code, design, imagery, video or structure.
• Replicate, imitate, or use the “Lemburst Wallpapers” name, logo, branding, or any related trademarks without written permission from CURIOUSCHAOS STUDIO LTD.
• Host, sell, or distribute any modified or free versions of the App on any website or platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Bypass security features, tamper with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App.
• Exploit premium Content without authorization.
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App.
• Engage in any activity that compromises the security or integrity of the App.
• Manipulate or exploit the App’s functionality, including distributing cracked or modified versions, will lead to immediate termination of access.

Any unauthorized use of the Content or App may result in legal action.

3. Purchasing (Subscriptions, and Refunds)

Lemburst Wallpapers offers both free and premium features. If you choose to purchase a subscription, you acknowledge that:

• Subscription plans are voluntary and provide access to premium content.
• Payments are final and non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription during a billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for that period; cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that you are selecting the correct plan. We are not responsible for accidental purchases.
• If a payment fails or is not processed, your access to premium features may be revoked.
• Refunds are only issued in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact our support team.

4. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

5. Updates, Service Modifications & Termination

CURIOUSCHAOS STUDIO LTD is committed to ensuring that the App remains useful and efficient. To achieve this, we reserve the right to:

• Introduce charges for certain features, but we will always make pricing clear before charging.
• Stop providing access to the App at our sole discretion.

Upon termination of the App:

• Your rights and licenses granted under these Terms will end.
• You must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

6. Internet Connectivity and Performance

Certain functions of the App require an active internet connection, whether through Wi-Fi or a mobile data plan. CURIOUSCHAOS STUDIO LTD is not responsible for issues caused by lack of connectivity, data restrictions, or poor network conditions.

To ensure the App functions properly, you are responsible for keeping your phone and the App updated. We are not liable for issues related to outdated software, device crashes, or other malfunctions. CURIOUSCHAOS STUDIO LTD does not guarantee continuous updates or compatibility with future Android versions. You agree to accept updates when offered; if the App is discontinued, we are not obligated to provide further support.

7. No Malware, Backdoors, or Harmful Software

We guarantee that Lemburst Wallpapers does not contain malware, spyware, backdoors, or any harmful software. However, we recommend downloading the App only from official sources such as the Google Play Store to ensure safety.

8. Age Restrictions

The App is intended for users aged 16 and older. If you are under 16, please do not use the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 16. 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for circumstances beyond our control .
You are fully responsible for how you use the Services. Where we incur losses as a result of your misuse of the Services, you agree to compensate us for these losses, where permitted by applicable laws. This could include liabilities, claims, damages or expenses (including attorneys’ fees and court costs and expenses).

By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• We are not responsible for any data loss, device damage, or other technical issues resulting from the App’s use.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
• You use the App at your own risk.

10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

i) TERMINATION BY YOU.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting (sign out) your Account and ceasing to use the Services.

ii) AMENDMENTS.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. You should check these Terms whenever you use the Services to see whether any changes have been made, as these will be binding on you. If we make any changes, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on this page and by revising the “Effective Date” at the top. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes. the Services. If you do not agree with these Terms or to any changes we make in the future, you must not use the Services.

iii) ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you, CURIOUSCHAOS STUDIO LTD and Lemburst Wallpapers application in relation to the Services

iv) SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court or tribunal, the other provisions will still apply, and an enforceable term will be substituted reflecting our intent as closely as possible.
